A voice, text, and accent coach, director, actor, intimacy director/coordinator, and Arizona State University professor, Rachel Finley earned her BFA at Carnegie Melon University and MFA at Florida Atlantic University. Professor Finley is a certified teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework and Knight Thompson Speechwork. She has trained in Intimacy Direction with ICOC, TIE, and IDC. Her work, which includes film, theatre, performance art, devised theatre, motion capture, voice over, spoken word poetry, and new media, has appeared on stages, in studios, and on sets from Miami to Los Angeles and Canada to New Zealand. Rachel has recently worked on productions for Netflix, Xbox Studios, Melbourne Theatre Company and Sydney Theatre Company in Australia, ANDTheatre Co in New York, Zoetic Stage and Gable Stage in Miami, Baltimore Center Stage, Long Wharf Theatre, Indiana Repertoire Theatre, The Repertoire Theatre of St, Louis, Virginia Stage, Orlando Shakespeare Company, Southwest Shakespeare Company, Phoenix Theatre Company, Arizona Opera, The Vortex, and several indie film and theatre companies.
