Perry is the lead facilitator of the Freedom and Focus Conference, to be held in Aotearoa, New Zealand in July/August 2025. She is looking forward to welcoming people from all over the world to the Conference, which will be held at New Zealand's leading Drama School, Toi Whakaari.
Passionate about empowering people to access the full, embodied expression of their voices, Perry works regularly for a number of pro bono causes, including Bedtime Stories at Arohata Prison and Tranzform for transgender youth.
Perry recently coached dialects on the Netflix series 'East of Eden', starring Florence Pugh and Ciarán Hinds, and played the lead role in Jenny Pattrick's play 'Hope' at Circa Theatre to great critical acclaim.
Perry has a background as an actor, teacher, and director. She brings her decades of experience acting on stage, screen and radio to her coaching work, offering inspiration in all things related to voice: acting, dialects, presence and presentation skills. Her Fitzmaurice training is augmented by Knight Thompson Speechwork and her Masters in Voice from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where she graduated with distinction.
Voicecoach.nz is Perry’s business, where she works with individuals, tertiary institutions and corporate clients. She also teaches regularly with her friend and colleague Miranda Harcourt at RATA Studios in Wellington.
