Grace Zandarski has taught Voice for the last eight years at Yale School of Drama. A New York City-based actor, teacher, and director, she starred in the Wilma Theatre's acclaimed production of Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink, and has acted with numerous companies including A.C. T., Berkeley Rep, Mcarter Theatre, Portland Stage, A Contempoary Theatre, and three seasons at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Ashland. Grace has been practicing Fitzmaurice Voicework for twenty-five years and teaching the work for more than ten. She trained in the first Fitzmaurice certification program, having first studied with Nancy Houfek. Grace's coaching credits include Master Builder and Comedy of Errors at Yale Rep, and Homebody/Kabul (which transferred to BAM) and numerous other productions at Yale Drama School. She has served as coach and consultant to actors, business professionals, politicians, journalists, and other professional speakers. She is also a faculty member of Fordham University, and has been on the faculties of A.R.T./MXAT ( Harvard's Institute for Advanced Theatre Training), NYU's Cap 21, and The Actors Center. Her work has also taken her to Russia to work with the Moscow Art Theatre and Bali where she taught at the Purnati Center for the Arts.
