Fanny Marí is a soprano performer as well as a voice teacher and never-ending learner, and she could not give one up for the other. She focuses on having a whole sense of the body as an instrument for voice and speech, and finding the pleasure of one’s own voice, emphasizing on the breath and body perception.

As a singer, she is often heard in recitals as well as stage roles such as Rose-in-Bloom in Sullivan’s “Rose of Persia”, Adele in Strauss’ “Fledermaus”, Mabel in Gilbert & Sullivan’s “Pirates”, Euridice in Offenbach’s “Orphee aux enfers”, Galatea in Händel’s “Acis and Galatea”, Helmwige in Wagner’s “Die Walküre”, 1st lady in Mozart’s “Die Zauberflöte." She has also sung works by Brian Barnes, H. Genzmer, Vivaldi, Bach, Buxtehude, Händel, Mozart, Britten, Valent, Falla, Gerard, Grieg and Orff (Carmina Burana) in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Barcelona, New York, U.K. and France. 

Currently she teaches voice and music at the Drama Superior School ESADIB, Phonetics at Mallorca Superior Conservatory, and is Director Manager at the Municipal Music School in Campanet (Mallorca). She’s currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Research and Innovation, focusing her research in the voice pedagogy field.

Fanny Marí es soprano, profesora de canto y aprendiz interminable, y no podía renunciar a una por la otra. Actualmente es profesora de canto y música en la Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático ESADIB. Ha sido profesora de Fonética en el Conservatorio Superior de Mallorca y ha sido Directora Directora de la Escuela Municipal de Música de Campanet (Mallorca).

Es Licenciada en Voz por el Conservatori de les Illes Balears y Brucde Barcelona, Certificado y Master of Voice por The Juilliard School, NYC. DEA. en Innovación Educativa de la U.I.B. (Universidad de las Illes Balears, donde centró su investigación en el campo de la pedagogía de la Fonética Articulatoria). Fitzmaurice Voicework® Certified Teacher desde 2017.Actualmente está cursando un título de Speech Threapy en la U.O.C. Universidad.
