Natasha Staley is as an Assistant Professor of Voice and Acting in the Department of Theatre and Cinema at Virginia Tech. She serves as the department's voice and dialect coach and coaches privately. She first studied Fitzmaurice Voicework® as a graduate student under the instruction of Associate Teacher Patricia Delorey at FSU/Asolo Conservatory. Recently, Natasha spent three years in Baltimore, MD expanding her knowledge of voice and speech work under the guidance of her mentor, Associate Teacher Lynn Watson. While in Maryland, Natasha taught acting and voice as an adjunct professor at University of Maryland Baltimore County, Towson University, Howard Community College and Harford Community College. She also dialect coached UMBC's production of Lynn Nottage's Las Meninas, which was one of four nationally chosen college productions to show at the 2010 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. She is a proud member of VASTA and AEA.
