Lori has brought her professional life and her personal journey through trauma and deep healing together to offer clients The Art of Awareness; guiding people to have a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. Through a process of creating space we begin to allow for the fullest expression of who we are by gently moving trauma/tension through the body. This allows us to loosen the grip on the habits and behaviours that no longer serve us. The practice is geared toward giving us an opportunity to find practical tools to help reclaim, uncover or discover your authentic voice in the world with new vitality and vibrancy.
