Kris Danford specializes in voice and speech as well as singing for musical theatre. Kris is an Associate Professor of Voice and Speech at Penn State University. She has also held appointments at the University of Michigan, Southern Oregon University and the University of West Florida. She received her MFA in Acting from the FSU Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training and has performed in New York and regionally in both straight and musical theatre. In addition to teaching, she continues to act and coach professionally. Kris is a member of VASTA and Actors Equity Association.
