John Walcutt has guest-starred on nearly 200 film and TV shows, with cult-favorite recurring roles on SLIDERS, JAG, GHOST WHISPERER, LOST and CRASH among them; and his film appearances include Academy Award Winners such as TITANIC, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, SEABISCUIT and MULAN. His long theatre career will culminate this summer (2014) as he is the newly appointed Producing Artistic Director of Shakespeare Orange County (SOC) where he has previously played MACBETH, MALVOLIO, RICHARD III, and others. John is an award-winning Director, Screenwriter and Producer, having won a SAG AWARD, THE GOLDEN ACE AWARD, and sold films to Lifetime, BET, and in Cannes, Berlin, and Toronto. He teaches a popular On-Camera Acting Class in Los Angeles, and his book, ZEN AND THE ART OF BEING A PROFESSIONAL ACTOR will be published in 2014 by Fairview Press.
