Christine is an international voice, accent and communication coach primarily based in Washington DC. Trained and professionally active in both the UK and the US, her portfolio covers private voice and accent coaching with actors, tailored communication workshops with corporate clients and industry associations, as well as private sessions with individuals such as doctors, business professionals, diplomats and teachers. Along with her private coaching practice, she is a freelance communication coach with RADA Business and a voice and accent coach for Identity School of Acting. Additionally, she has served as a voice and dialect coach in some of the top drama schools in the UK, including ArtsEd, the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, LAMDA, and East 15.
She has an MFA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London is a certified Organic Intelligence(r) coach. Organic Intelligence(r) is a mindful approach to the nervous system that helps reduce stress and build resiliency. Her training has allowed her to create an eclectic coaching approach.
She has a passion for making voice and communication training more accessible online. She has two virtual coaching courses, "Demystifying Deep Breathing in 30 Minutes" and "The General American Accent Course Pack for Brits", both of which can be found on the course packs page of her website, voicewhatmatters.com. She also has a YouTube channel and a podcast where she shares regular voice, accent and communication tips along with warm ups and interviews with industry professionals.
