Submit Your Application to the Fitzmaurice Institute’s
Teacher Certification Program


Thank you for your interest in the Fitzmaurice Institute’s Teacher Certification Program! We’d love to respond to you as soon as we possibly can, so please make sure you follow these steps to help us receive and review your application:

  1. Fill out the application form below.

  2. Submit your photo and CV via the File Upload Link below (and payment plan requests, if necessary).

The base requirement for consideration for acceptance into certification training is 60 hours of study. Please see the info page for more details.

In addition, as part of the application process, please ask a certified Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework (with whom you have worked) to email a recommendation for you to attend this program. Recommendations should be emailed to the Director of Certification (Cynthia Bassham) at certification@fitzmauriceinstitute.org within six weeks of submitting your initial application.

Please note: submission of an application and application fee does not guarantee admission to the Certification Program, and admission to the Certification Program does not guarantee certification as an Assistant Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework.
